When looking at life in the moment, there are things that we love, things that we can improve on and things that we wish were different. 

The things that we love we want to leave as is, it makes us smile in the morning and it puts a skip in our step. This can be many things such as family, job, friends, a hobby etc. 

The things that we can improve on is things we love, however we feel like we need to improve in one way or another, such as we love ourselves but we want to improve our diets to be healthier and more active or it could be to moving forward in careers, having children etc. 

The things we wish for is an aspect of ourselves or life that we wish were different. It could be a relationship, finances etc. 

When we reflect there is always things about our loves that we want to leave as is, things we want to improve on and things we wish were different. 

The things we wish for can often be responsible for building up walls. The issue with walls it can be hard to knock them down once they are up and secured with concrete and cement. These walls can also affect the things we love and the things we want to improve on. 

Focus on the things that make you happy, things that make you smile and things that you want to improve on. The walls have to be knocked down and not to be afraid to voice what you want and what would make you happy.
