We all have dreams, there are many different dreams that we have that gives people hope for the future. Dreams can also be achievable and at reach.
Some dreams includes:
- Losing Weight
- Building muscle
- Job Changes
- Career Changes
- Changes in self (attitude etc)
- Changes with people in your life (getting rid of users and people putting you down)
All dreams can be achievable. All you need to do is work on your dreams.
If your Dream is to do with weight and health that is indeed achievable. The number one tip that I can give you is to start to think of food as fuel for your body to function and not comfort. The second tip is to do the health journey for yourself and not for anyone else.
With any dream and goal you have there can be barriers in the way, these barriers can be anything from a past that is hard to forget, being in your comfort or people I call baiters.
Baiters are people in your life who are basically haters. They are basically people who:
- They are backstabbers,
- They take more then they give,
- They Pretend to want the best for you but in reality they dont
- They take advantage of you
- They put you down
- May have a narcissistic personality
These kind of people need to be distant from your life. These people bring you down and stop you from thriving and being who you want to be.
Baiters are good at hiding who they really are but once recognised they must be kept at arms length.
We all need to take control and do what we need to in order to have a happy life.
