- 1 cup plain wholemeal flour
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn (can also use fresh uncooked corn)
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1 cup lean ham chopped
- 2 eggs
- Add the ingredients in a bowl and mix it all together
- spray the pan with cooking spray and heat
- take tablespoon fulls of the mixture and fry until its golden and firm on both sides. (will take 2 minutes per side)
