Get Ready for Summer A new blog series



Do you want to be the healthiest you can be? Do you want to wear your summer clothes with confidence but cant get motivated over the winter months?

Follow my new blog series and join me in getting shape for summer.

I will now only advise you with recipes and tips about getting into shape for summer but I will be doing it with you.

As all the readers know I went on a health journey 12 months ago and lost 7 kilos.

12 months on I have kept the weight off, however I still need to lose another couple of kilos. Someone told me this: "You cant go back to the weight that you were in your 20s," Now that I am my 30s I was told "as the body ages its harder to lose weight and you can never go back"... I am here to show you that you can be BETTER and HEALTHIER at any age. You dont have to be aged 18 to 25 to be healthy and lean.

I will also be blogging about participants who are going along on this journey and are happy to share and blog their experiences.

When you have only a couple of kilos to lose, it can be the hardest to lose, but together we can lose the weight for summer and be the best we can be AT ANY AGE.
