Exercise How much is too much


Before I even begin on how much is too much it is important to note that Athletes and body builders have a special dietary and exercise plan which is planned out for them by a professional and they do rest their muscles to ensure the muscle recovers, repairs and builds itself.














We all know that exercise is essential for good health. Some people exercise twice per day and some even exercise more. But how much is too much?

I decided to do research on the subject and even get advice from people with knowledge when it comes to exercise to determine how much is too much.

There are a number of factors that needs to be considered when exercising:


  • Dont over exercise: If you are going to do some extensive exercise, always exercise under a supervision of a professional personal trainer. You can hurt and damage muscles over exercising 
  • You should feel energised after not exhausted: If you feel fatigued instead of energised you are over exercising.
  • You are sore for days at a time: It is normal to be sore the next day after exercise. What you need to consider is how many days does it take to recover from a exercise?
  • How fatigued do you feel after exercising: if you are too fatigued after a workout instead of feeling energised then you may have exercised too much 
  • Frequent injuries: If you have frequent injuries then you may need to check the technique of the exercise and how often you need to exercise

With this in mind, its important to exercise, but dont over exercise. Always consult a qualified personal trainer before undergoing any hard workout.
