3 Day Diet Day 2 Lunch

So I really did lose 7 pounds of water weight which is nice but I worry about the 4 days that your suppose to take a break.  Anyways this was lunch.

Day 2 Lunch


Menu

1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese
5 Saltine Crackers
1 Hard Boiled Egg
Water

Not the most appetizing but i managed.
