Recipe of the day Baked Apple Chips

These baked apple chips are amazing, delicious, diabetic friendly and only have 3 Ingredients....

 Ingredients:

  • 6 small apples or 3 big apples of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
  • as much cinnamon as you like (i put a tablespoon)

Method:

  • Cut the apples into slices (thinly sliced, or thick if you dont want them crunchy)
  • Put on a lined baking tray making sure they are not on top of one another
  • put in a low heat oven (the lowest your oven will go) for about a hour or until the apples are golden brown
  • Let it cool on the baking sheet before serving, it will crisp up as it cools)
And thats it....
