Thought of the day Processed foods

Fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables, proteins and grains are essential for good health.
On cheat days there is nothing like a home made sweet hot from the oven.

These days everything is ready made which is a easier alternative for the busy people. 

However in saying that, in ready made foods comes preservatives and additive which can affect health in a negative way. 

This makes me think, is the convince worth it................
