Week One – Document


Use your Power Path Journal (add more pages if necessary) to document the food that you normally eat per day within a given week. If you can’t do a week, just record what you eat on any given day. Include the number of times, the time and what you eat.

Thought: Being aware of what you are eating on any given day, will help you to discover and better understand the eating patterns you have developed over the years.
